What to expect

As a Lead Project Manager, you will join us on our journey and undertake a truly valuable role responsible for managing and leading projects end to end, working cross functionally to deliver business solutions and ensuring that the critical success factors are met while scope, time, quality and cost of the projects are maintained. Demonstrating strong senior stakeholder management skills to ensure that communication is clear and concise, and deliverables are progressed, contributing towards overall programme and portfolio outcomes. What you’ll need to succeed

As a Lead Project Manager you will have demonstrable experience of leading on the delivery of project milestones to achieve key objectives. In addition to this, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous retail journey mapping experience.
  • Previous business process mapping experience.
  • Worked within a multi-site retail business.
  • Extensive experience in delivering and successfully managing transformation change projects.
  • Proven experience collaborating with peers, colleagues, and stakeholders to contribute to the delivery of functional strategy to achieve business objectives.
  • Experience in establishing successful, cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
