What to expect

As a Colleague Experience Engagement Manager you will join us on our journey and undertake a valuable role responsible for the end to end accountability for Post Office engagement strategy and ongoing evolution to respond to organisational priorities, colleague insight and external best practice. This role will require you to lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of colleague experience, engagement and listening strategies across Post Office, ensuring colleague voice is understood, acted upon and embedded into organisational decision-making. This role plays a critical part in shaping culture, strengthening engagement, and supporting leadership to deliver meaningful improvements in inclusion, wellbeing and organisational effectiveness across key colleague lifecycle moments.

What you’ll need to succeed

To be successful in this role you will be an experienced engagement strategy owner and colleague listening & insight professional:

  • Strong experience in colleague engagement and employee experience
  • Proven ability to own and evolve strategic programmes in a complex organisation
  • Strong data analysis and insight storytelling capability
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving action from insight
  • Experience of Exec and Board presentation
  • Experience managing external suppliers, procurement processes and contracts
  • Excellent communication skills, including delivering complex or challenging messages
  • Creative, innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Strong understanding of inclusion and colleague experience impact
