This role offers you a unique opportunity to contribute to shaping the future of our organisation and the communities we serve reviewing, analysing and evaluating Post Office business areas, user needs, business models, workflows and technological systems.

What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will be familair with concepts in Agile and Lean methodologies and frameworks.
As a Business Analyst you will have experience of business analysis in complex business focused change management. In addition to this, the ideal candidate will have:
- Experience of business analysis in complex business focused change management

Proven experience in business process mapping and analysis, with the ability to document end-to-end processes clearly

Ability to assess existing processes and implement enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- LEAN Six Sigma Green or equivalent
- Problem solving and critically thinking skills when managing complex business issues
- A business delivery focused outlook and strong all-round business acumen
- Expertise in conceptual modelling
- Familiarity with relevant platforms and tools e.g. Jira, Service Now
