What to expect
As a Lead Project Manager, you will join us on our transformation journey and undertake a high-impact role responsible for leading the delivery of complex HR and technology transformation projects that support our strategic objectives and business priorities. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business, reporting directly to the Transformation Delivery Director and partnering closely with the Programme Sponsor to ensure successful project delivery, effective governance, and the achievement of key outcomes. Joining a well-established and mature transformation environment, you will operate within existing governance frameworks and delivery structures, enabling you to quickly embed into the programme and make an immediate impact. This role offers you a unique opportunity to shape critical transformation initiatives, drive meaningful change, and contribute to the future success of our organisation and the communities we serve.

What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will be an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex transformation, HR, and technology projects. As a Project Manager you will lead project delivery from initiation to implementation, managing stakeholders, budgets, risks, and timelines to achieve successful business outcomes. In addition to this, the ideal candidate will:
- Hold a recognised project management qualification such as Prince2 and have experience working within Agile delivery environments.
- Have extensive experience successfully delivering HR, systems, technology, or business transformation projects, with a blend of HR and technology project experience being highly desirable.
- Be a highly experienced Project Manager who can quickly take ownership of project delivery, working autonomously with minimal direction or support.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills, with the ability to influence, challenge, and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
- Possess strong commercial awareness, budget management expertise, and the ability to identify, manage, and mitigate project risks while maintaining a focus on delivery and business outcomes.
