Senior Product Manager- Drop & Go is a hybrid traditional product and digital product manager role that will be leading the Post Office Drop & Go product focused on small businesses (predominantly Marketplace sellers), which is a major component of the Post Office’s mail services. The successful candidate will join business in growth mode, and will bring experience in delivering multiple initiatives, from small-scale marketing optimizations to big, revenue-driving tech projects, all scalable with profitable economics with customer focus and in line with regulatory requirements.
You will be responsible for driving the Drop and Go service including management of the website, pages and content as you increase awareness of the functionality and benefits within the Network. You will monitor and find new ways to acquire and retain customers, enhance the customer proposition and journey, and work with Tech, Strategy and Customer Experience to develop and launch new features, as well as develop creative channel strategy., Our commitment to embracing diversity extends beyond just words.
