What to expect
As a Proposition Designer you will create branch layouts and signage design for strategic partners, challenging sites and pilot trial sites, including branch visits when required, site surveys and detailed and accurate drawings.
Alongside this you will also be responsible for the development of branch planning and signage blueprint for the business, considering postmaster, property teams and NPL’s feedback, Ensure environmental design is fit for purpose and meets budget guidelines, as well as overseeing the Conceptual design and delivery of selected new format propositions and equipment including 2d and 3d drawings.

What you’ll need to succeed
- Proven experience collaborating with peers, colleagues, and stakeholders to contribute to the delivery of functional strategy to achieve business objectives.
- Experience in establishing successful, cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while working to strict deadlines
- Experienced AutoCAD user with 3D rendering skills. Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign
- Demonstrable experience of leading on the delivery of project milestones to achieve key objectives.
- Thorough technical understanding of manufacturing processes, materials and finishes used in retail and commercial interiors
- Knowledge of UK building regulations (beneficial but not essential)
