What to expect
As a Programme Manager you will operate as a senior member of our Transformation team, you’ll lead complex, cross‑functional change activity by leading and delivering initiatives, overseeing programmes of work end to end. You’ll oversee end‑to‑end programme delivery across multiple initiatives, including the transition of our directly managed branches to our franchise and scaled partners, overseeing the roll out and branch builds to ensure our partners have branches fit for purpose. Through inclusive leadership and a focus on continuous improvement, you’ll bring clarity, drive momentum, resolve risks early, and ensure feedback from Postmasters and customers shapes how we deliver.
