We are looking for a Product Owner to drive the development and delivery of the Branch Hub platform – a critical ServiceNow CSM solution supporting branches and Postmasters through a single, integrated digital experience. This role plays a key part in the Network Operating Model transformation, helping to digitise and automate branch support, improve user experience, and enable scalable, AI‑enabled services. Working closely with Product, Technology and business stakeholders, you will translate product vision into actionable delivery, ensuring Branch Hub continues to evolve as the primary digital entry point for branch interactions.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Strong experience with ServiceNow CSM or similar workflow and case management platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience working with front‑line users and facilitating discovery workshops.
  • Proven delivery within agile product teams in complex environments.
  • Strong understanding of digital self‑service, workflows, knowledge management, and service design.
  • Ability to translate branch and business needs into clear product outcomes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills across all levels.
  • Commercial awareness and benefits‑focused delivery approach.
