Overview
Position: Portfolio Timesheet Support Analyst. You will join the Transformation & Portfolio Office and support the successful delivery of the Transformation & Change Portfolio through the operation, adoption and governance of the ServiceNow Timesheets capability.
Responsibilities
- Support end users and maintain data integrity across timesheets and resource allocations.
- Provide insight into resource utilization through reporting and analysis to support informed decision-making.
- Drive timesheet compliance and contribute to improved resource planning processes.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Resource Managers, Finance teams and PMO colleagues to deliver high-quality management information and enhance portfolio transparency.
Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceNow SPM/PPM, particularly Timesheets and Resource Management modules.
- Experience providing first-line system support and resolving user issues.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills, including Excel.
- Understanding of project and portfolio management frameworks.
- Knowledge of resource planning and capacity management principles.
- Understanding of timesheet governance, compliance and reporting.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Experience delivering user training, onboarding and facilitation sessions.
- A proactive, analytical and problem-solving mindset.
