The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
As an Onsite Trainer you will be responsible for delivering retail class training within our Post Office network. This will include inducting new Postmasters and being onsite for openings to ensure the smoothest of transitions. You will work with existing branches to provide training where required or requested and ensure all training documentation is received in branch.
This is a field based role so a full driving license is a must as you take ownership in delivering the area training plan, making follow up visits to ensure any training interventions are tracked through to resolution., Our commitment to embracing diversity extends beyond just words.
