As a ServiceNow Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our transformation by ensuring the stability, reliability, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on Incident Management. Provide day-to-day support for ServiceNow, delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced, incident-driven environment. Balance incident resolution with proactive platform admin and small enhancements while managing competing priorities.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • 3+ years’ experience as a ServiceNow Administrator
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Strong hands-on experience supporting Incident Management
  • Experience delivering small platform changes and maintaining platform stability
  • Excellent prioritisation and multitasking skills, managing multiple competing demands
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Experience with documentation, reporting, and operational MI
  • Working knowledge of ITIL processes (ITIL certification desirable)
  • Experience working with offshore teams or ServiceNow partners
  • Knowledge Management experience within ServiceNow
