The Retail Capability Specialist is a key member of the Retail Capability team, responsible for contributing to the delivery of functional objectives, always modelling the Post Office behaviours, and demonstrating an Operator first mindset. Acting as an advisor, the Retail Capability Specialist will demonstrate their expertise in driving success and support for Post Office branches, following best commercial and operational practices.

Multiple Positions Available - You will be required to live in one of the following regions: North East England, Hampshire/Dorset, East or West Sussex and Surrey.

The Retail Capability Specialist will deliver training, coaching, and capability development for Independent, Scale, and Corporate partner branches. They will provide go live and early days onboarding support for new branches, conduct capability assessments and sign-offs, lead train-the-trainer initiatives and deliver essential training and development as part of triggered support interventions within a structured support plan. They will act as a main point of contact for channel.
