The Proposition Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the development, optimisation and ongoing performance management of Post Office Insurance’s product portfolio. The role provides analytical insight, market intelligence, and proposition support to ensure products deliver fair value, meet customer needs, and align with POI’s commercial objectives.

Working closely with the Product & Proposition Director, you will contribute to proposition development, commercial planning, insurer partner engagement and the wider product governance framework. The role ensures decisions are evidence-based, commercially robust and customer-focused.
