What to expect
The Banking Hub Delivery Specialist/Project Support Manager is a key member of the Banking Hub team, responsible for contributing to the delivery of functional objectives, always modelling the Post Office behaviours, and demonstrating an Operator first mindset. Acting as an advisor, the Banking Hub Delivery Specialist/Project Support Manager will demonstrate their expertise in Project delivery, following best practice across Banking Hubs.
They will interface with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure Banking Hubs are opened on time. They will complete feasibility and cost scoping for potential locations, produce layout drawings, complete project plans and identify risks before communicating with stakeholders. They will act as a main point of contact for Banking Hub projects and take ownership of the end to end delivery for their opening within their region.
