Overview
The Portfolio Business Change Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful delivery of transformational change, leading the development and embedding of business change frameworks for a highly-impactive portfolio of transformation. They will be responsible for ensuring that change initiatives are effectively planned, communicated, and embedded within the organisation, resulting in sustained benefits realisation. The role will drive a culture of inclusion, continuous improvement, and high performance in the teams they lead, delivering and driving decision-making across the Business, Customers and Partners.

What you'll need to succeed:
- Substantial experience in designing and embedding a change management framework.
- Proven experience leading business change in a complex portfolio or programme environment.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter), and tools.
- Experience of coaching and training others in change management practices.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with competing priorities.
- Experience working within large-scale digital or organisational transformation programmes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and navigating resistance to change.
- Experienced People Manager with proven experience collaborating with peers and senior managers, to contribute to the development of, and deliver, a functional strategy to achieve business objectives.
