The Motor & Pet Pricing Analyst is responsible for optimising pricing performance across Motor and Pet products by enhancing insurer-provided net rates, through the intelligent application of enrichment factors, segmentation and portfolio insight.

Working as part of the Pricing function, and in close partnership with Insurers, Product and Trading teams; the role ensures that Post Office Insurance (POI) pricing is competitive, commercially effective and aligned to Consumer Duty, Fair Value and PROD 4 requirements.

The analyst is accountable for translating data-driven insight into pricing actions that deliver profitable growth, appropriate conversion and sustainable value across acquisition and renewal journeys.
