Lead Service Delivery Manager for the Pick Up Drop Off (PUDO) function, focused on the operational management of our Amazon and DHL Carriers and ensuring day-to-day service requirements and expectations are met. You will work closely with Carrier Partners to deliver the PUDO strategy, develop a deep understanding of key drivers for Postmasters and customers through insight, research and feedback, and conduct regular review meetings to ensure SLAs and contractual compliance are met. The Lead Service Delivery Manager will role model the Post Office behaviours and demonstrate an Operator-first mindset.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will have experience working in the Carrier industry, ideally with experience of service reviews. In addition to this, the ideal candidate will have:
- Account management experience of large-scale service businesses
- Strong presentation skills and ability to present data concisely to a wide range of stakeholders
- A natural networker who knows where the best knowledge and skills reside in the business
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work at pace with high levels of tenacity
