As a Cash Carrying Crew member, you will be working in a security environment with the responsibility of delivering and collecting value items in a timely, safe, secure, and compliant way. You’ll be undertaking the truly valuable role of providing a high value delivery and collection service, across our corporate and retail functions. Working from a secure location, either independently or as part of a team, this role offers you the exciting opportunity to be the face of the Post Office; interacting with customers from both Post Office and external organisations. What’s more, is we will support you to build and develop a long and fulfilling career through our evolving learning and development opportunities. - GCSE English (grade D +) or equivalent. (Applicants who are unable to provide evidence of qualification in English will need to pass a written English assessment during the recruitment process.)
- Ensure you drive in line with legal requirements when on the road, including proper use of a digital tachograph.
- A current C1 licence and SIA licence would also be beneficial but not essential. (For compliance regulations you must hold a SIA licence before starting the role. This will be applied by the company if you do not already hold one.)
