What to expect

As a Culture Lead you will join us on our journey and undertake a truly transformational role reporting into Head of Inclusion, Wellbeing & Engagement. The Culture Lead will play a key role in activating and embedding organisational culture change at scale, working through senior stakeholders and employee networks to drive engagement, behavioural change, and alignment to cultural priorities. This role focuses on building and mobilising internal communities, delivering high-impact engagement initiatives, and equipping leaders and managers to role model and sustain cultural transformation. This role will partner with Internal Communication and specialists across the organisation to ensure the reinforcement and alignment of messaging to build momentum towards our desired culture. They will drive a culture of inclusion, continuous improvement, and high performance across their teams.

What you’ll need to succeed

You will be an experienced Culture Lead with excellent communications skills and the ability to influence and add value to this important project.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Experience in culture change, engagement, organisational / learning & development, or change programmes
  • Strong capability in programme delivery and stakeholder coordination
  • Experience working with employee networks and engagement communities
  • Ability to translate strategy into engaging, practical initiatives
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Substantial experience in establishing successful, cross-functional, stakeholder relationships.
  • Demonstrate experience successfully delivering projects with clear outcomes

Skills and Capabilities

  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills (including written)
  • High levels of collaboration and influencing capability
  • Strong commercial understanding, using data and insight to shape informed and effective business decisions
  • Excellent influencing and communication skills with the ability to utilise a range of techniques to deliver messages effectively, make an impact, and drive a successful outcome.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and managers to build support for functional plans and activity.
  • Ability to plan and deliver colleague and business-wide events, with flexibility to travel as required.
  • Ability to design and develop culture toolkits, facilitation guides and practical resources to support leaders, managers and colleagues.
  • Acts as an expert advisor, applying advanced knowledge of their own specialism as well as broad knowledge of related areas.
