As a Classroom Trainer you will be responsible for the delivery of the Classroom Training programme to new Postmasters from our Counter Training Office and ensuring high class training is being delivered across the full Postmaster Onboarding service.
You will be responsible for the management of the regional training hubs and contributing towards the design and deployment of classroom training modules ensuring Postmasters are trained and ready for running a Post office. You will also have the opportunity to deliver training that upskill our field based teams so great stakeholder and relationship management is crucial!
Although the training you deliver will be from one of our Counter Training Offices there will be travel required within the local area so a full driving license is a must., Our commitment to embracing diversity extends beyond just words. To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience using Post Office Horizon system. In addition you will possess:
