What To Expect

As a Partnerships Assistant you will join us on our journey and undertake a valuable role responsible for providing administrative support to our Corporate Partner team including arranging and attending meetings, coordinating projects and supporting with engagement events.

As a Partnerships Assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting our Partnerships team, helping to coordinate activity, prepare high-quality presentations and reports, support engagement events, and ensure key priorities are effectively tracked and delivered. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in partnerships, account management or commercial operations. You'll work closely with Account Managers and senior stakeholders, producing performance insights, supporting governance and transformation activity, and helping improve how the team works through better processes, technology and AI tools.

We're looking for someone who is organised, curious, proactive and excited by the opportunity to take ownership, drive continuous improvement and grow within a high-profile commercial team.

What you’ll need to succeed

To be successful in this role you will need to have experience or a strong interest in Account Management, Comms or Partnership Development.

As a Partnerships Assistant you will have a strong Administration background including data reporting: In addition to this, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver business objectives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to create high-quality presentations, reports and dashboards.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience analysing data and producing actionable insights.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, with an interest in AI and digital tools that improve efficiency and collaboration.
  • A desire to learn, take on stretch opportunities and build a long-term career within a commercial environment.
