As a Lead Project Manager - Cyber Security, you'll help shape and deliver critical cyber security initiatives that protect our services, support our Postmasters, and strengthen the resilience of a business at the heart of communities across the UK. This is a high-profile role within our Technology Transformation team, offering the opportunity to lead complex cyber security projects from concept through to delivery. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across technology, operations, risk, and the wider business, ensuring transformational change is delivered successfully and creates lasting value. What you’ll need to succeed
- Significant experience delivering Cyber Security projects within large, complex organisations.
- Proven track record of successfully leading projects through the full project lifecycle.
- Strong project management expertise, including risk, budget, dependency, and governance management.
- Experience delivering key project milestones and achieving strategic business outcomes.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with high levels of complexity and competing priorities.
- Experience delivering technology transformation programmes.
- Experience working within public sector or highly regulated environments.
- Professional Project Management qualification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
