The Business Analyst will support the delivery of business, operational, regulatory and technology change across Post Office Insurance. The role will work closely with stakeholders across all internal functions and external partners to understand business needs, document requirements, analyse processes, identify improvement opportunities and support the successful delivery of change.

The role is particularly suited to someone who can bridge the gap between business teams, technology providers and third-party suppliers, ensuring that solutions are clearly defined, commercially practical, customer-focused and aligned to regulatory expectations. The successful candidate for this role will be an experienced Business Analyst, ideally within financial services, regulated environments or operational change. In addition to this, you will have:

  • Experience in an insurance broker, insurer, MGA or claims/administration environment.
  • Familiarity with broker platforms or insurance systems, such as CDL, Open GI, Acturis, ICE or similar.
  • Experience supporting system migrations, re-platforming, workflow automation or operational transformation.
  • Knowledge of FCA-regulated environments and conduct risk considerations.
  • Experience with tools such as Visio, Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, Monday.com, Excel, Power BI or similar.
  • Business analysis qualification, such as BCS Foundation, Practitioner or Diploma.
