As a Business Analyst, you will join us on our journey and undertake a truly valuable role responsible for the delivery of functional strategies, modelling Post Office behaviours and demonstrating a Postmaster first mindset. This role offers you a unique opportunity to contribute to shaping the future of our organisation and the communities we serve by reviewing, analysing and evaluating Post Office business areas, user needs, business models, workflows and technological systems.
You will partner with stakeholders to map and analyse end-to-end business processes, identify redundant or non-value-adding activities and recommend opportunities for removal or optimisation.
