As a Branch Change Delivery Specialist - Banking Automation, you will join us on our journey and undertake a truly valuable role responsible for supporting the Retail Change team with the Banking Automation project. You will be working with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure Automation activity is delivered on time. Following installation of the MFD's and TCR's you will be responsible for training the Operators on their use. Acting as a main point of contact for the programme funded change projects, you support a culture of inclusion, continuous improvement, and high performance. To be successful in this role you will need to have experience in Project Management ideally within a construction or fit-out related field. In addition to this, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in establishing successful, cross-functional stakeholder relationships
  • Demonstrable experience of leading on the delivery of project milestones to achieve key objectives
  • Excellent knowledge of relevant legislation including Health & Safety, Construction Design Management (CDM), asbestos management, site management and the Equality Act, with the ability to articulate and apply each in the branch network environment
  • Ideally you will have relevant certifications including PRINCE2/Agile (project delivery), Prosci/CMAP (change management)
