You will work in a secure environment delivering and collecting high value items 24/7, ensuring safety, security and compliance. Working independently or as part of a team, you will be the face of the Post Office, interacting with customers and external organisations. What you’ll need to succeed

  • Experience driving with a valid UK driving licence
  • Previous experience in customer service and multi‑drop delivery
  • First‑class communication skills and adaptability to new processes
  • GCSE English grade D+ or equivalent (or pass a written assessment)
  • Compliance with legal driving requirements and proper use of a digital tachograph
  • A current C1 licence and SIA licence are beneficial but not essential
