What to expect
An exciting opportunity has arisen in our CISO function to join as a Threat Intelligence Analyst within our Cyber Operations team. Join us, as we embark on our Cyber Maturity Programme.
As our Threat Intelligence Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to support the reduction of Post Office’s cyber risk exposure by assisting in the collection, analysis, and dissemination of cyber threat intelligence. You will work alongside our cyber operations team to help build out, our threat intelligence platform. You will assist in gathering, analysing, and sharing threat intelligence and provide support to relevant stakeholders within the Post Office and its subsidiaries.

What you’ll need to succeed
• Basic understanding of common intelligence datasets, including commercial repositories of information relating to malware and internet data (domain, IP, NetFlow, certificate tracking, etc.), and closed sources including incident response and other bespoke collection.
• Awareness of related regional geopolitics/wider security landscape.
• Familiarity with common threat analysis models such as the Diamond Model, Cyber Kill Chain, and MITRE ATT&CK.
• Basic experience in conducting technical threat analysis and research, especially threat hunting.
