House Dental is a well established, state of the art dental practice based at The Old Post House in Weybridge, Surrey. We are seeking a skilled and friendly Head Dental Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our dental practice, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations in the front office. If you have excellent organizational and communication skills, along with a passion for delivering outstanding patient care, we would love to hear from you.
Dental Administrator Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar
- Answer phone calls, emails and enquiries from patients
- Collect patient information and update electronic health records
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Assist with billing and financial transactions
Dental Administrator Requirements:
- Dental experience required, preferably with SOE
- Excellent IT skills
- Excellent presentation and time keeping
- Excellent people skills and ability to manage challenging situations
- Ability to multitask as well as able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Desire to learn and improve
- Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar administrative role
