Role Description

The Retail Shop Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Leicester branch in a full-time, on-site capacity.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing store opening and closing procedures, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring the shop is organized, clean, and well-presented.

The role involves delivering high-quality customer service, handling customer queries and complaints, and optimizing the in-store customer experience.
