Keep the UK’s workshops running smoothly. We’re looking for a skilled Garage Equipment Engineer to join a long-established and well-respected name in the garage equipment industry. This is a field-based role with a great mix of hands-on technical work, national travel, and customer interaction.
You’ll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a range of essential garage equipment everything from vehicle lifts to brake testers and tyre machines. No two days are the same, and you’ll be trusted to manage your workload with the support of a close-knit, expert team behind you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Installing and servicing a variety of garage equipment, including:
- Vehicle lifts
- Brake testers
- Compressors
- Wheel balancers & tyre changers
- & more
What you’ll need:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the Garage Equipment sector
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Basic IT confidence (tablets, service reports, etc.) training provided if needed
- Full UK driving licence (clean)
- Willingness to travel across the UK, with occasional overnight stays
