We’re looking for a Field Service Engineer to deliver expert technical support, maintenance, and repair services for a wide range of garage equipment at customer sites.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Diagnosing and repairing a variety of garage equipment, including vehicle lifts, tyre changers, wheel balancers, and diagnostic tools.
  • Carrying out scheduled preventative maintenance to maximise equipment performance and reduce downtime.
  • Offering on-site training and guidance to clients on correct equipment use and maintenance.
  • Keeping accurate service records and producing clear reports for internal use.
  • Liaising with the sales and customer service teams to support clients and recommend upgrades or replacements where appropriate.

What we’re looking for:

  • 1–3 years’ experience in garage equipment servicing, installation, or repair.
  • Confident working with lifts, tyre machines, diagnostic tools, and similar workshop equipment.
  • Practical problem-solver who’s comfortable working independently and managing their own schedule.
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Full UK driving licence is essential.
