Learning Design Senior Manager – London, UK (Hybrid) – Possibl

Possibl is recruiting on behalf of a creative, energetic and passionate group of folks at a talent and learning consultancy with a big interest in behavioural science. Based in London (hybrid & flexible), a new position for a Senior Learning Design Manager has become available to join their high-performing and creative design hub, creating memorable learning experiences across various topics for big-name clients in the UK.

What you will do:

Design and develop experiential learning, training, and communications for clients, focusing on management development programs (Virtual and F2F)
Lead end-to-end on medium and large-sized projects, playing a key role in major team-based, higher-value projects
Manage several client projects simultaneously, delegating tasks to managers, executives, and analysts within the team
Utilize your writing skills to create memorable learning sessions with clear outcomes
Support sales activities such as RFPs and proposals

Experience & skills required:

Experience designing experiential learning sessions, ideally incorporating behavioural science and human-centered design principles
Excellent relationship-building skills internally and externally, including with senior leaders
Ability to manage complex medium and large projects from inception to completion
Strong creative writing skills for L&D design and general communication
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
Background in HR, L&D, talent & development roles (in-house or consulting) or creative writing positions with an interest in learning & development
