A global law firm is looking for a Digital Learning Specialist to join them in Liverpool to drive digital skills, IT & systems training, AI adoption and modern learning across the business.
You’ll lead engaging digital, IT & systems training and AI learning initiatives, optimise the LMS, and champion a culture of continuous improvement, working closely with legal and business services teams to deliver practical, future-focused training.
What you’ll do
- Deliver IT Training, AI induction and upskilling programmes, supporting seamless onboarding and AI literacy.
- Design, manage and continuously improve engaging LMS content.
- Lead AI learning enablement, embedding tools and approaches aligned to practice and business needs.
- Measure learning impact, using data and feedback to refine and enhance programmes.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues, providing clear, solution-focused support.
- Track digital learning and AI trends, contributing ideas that position the firm as a leader in digital learning.
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience as an IT Trainer or Digital Learning Specialist.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows applications.
- Hands-on experience designing and delivering technical training (in-person, virtual and hybrid).
- Solid understanding of AI in workplace learning (e.g. generative AI, prompt engineering, responsible use).
- Experience with LMS platforms and digital content management.
- Confident communicator, able to simplify complex technology for varied audiences.
- Strong organisational skills with a continuous-improvement mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience with eLearning tools (e.g. Articulate, Captivate) and video creation.
- Exposure to legal sector systems (e.g. iManage).
