Digital Learning/IT Trainer – Possibl – Liverpool, UK (Hybrid), 12 month ftc Possibl are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking law firm, who are dedicated to making a positive impact through their learning and development initiatives. This is an opportunity to join their creative talent development team, on a 12 month fixed term basis and play a key role in enhancing digital knowledge and capability across the firm! What you will do: Lead engaging induction programs for new hires, introducing them to our technology and software. Design and deliver training on Microsoft Office 365 and other key applications. Create and maintain up-to-date training materials and user guides to maintain their ‘always learning’ approach Assess training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Experience required: Expertise in Microsoft Office 365 and Windows applications, and ideally the iManage system Proven experience as a Digital Learning Specialist or IT Trainer. Strong facilitation skills for in-person, online, and hybrid training. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
