A position has become available for a Solutions Executive to join their client solutions team on a permanent basis in London (hybrid). You will be supporting sales activities by leading product demos to prospect clients, sharing features and benefits, assisting with RFPs or proposals, creating a content library for internal and external use, as well as acting as a subject matter expert of assessment solutions to HR, talent and L&D leaders.
About you:
- Some experience in a client facing role – at least 1 year
- Knowledge of assessment solutions or similar HR technology
- Some experience supporting bids or proposals
- Confident presenter virtually, and ideally in person too
- Commercial awareness
- Ideally MSc in occupational psychology or similar education
