Possibl Search is delighted to be partnering with an international talent consulting firm renowned for its psychology-led approach to talent, assessment, leadership and learning solutions. Working with globally recognised clients and senior stakeholder groups, they are now looking to hire a Senior Learning Experience Designer on a permanent basis.
This opportunity would suit a creative, curious and forward-thinking learning designer who loves crafting memorable learning experiences that genuinely drive behaviour change. You’ll design across a wide range of modalities including immersive learning, simulations, live virtual, in-person and digitally enabled experiences, leveraging emerging technologies and innovative approaches to learning design.
You’ll take ownership of end-to-end learning journeys, creating highly contextualised experiences while also evolving existing content using the latest thought leadership, behavioural science and learning methodologies.
About you:
- At least 3 years of learning experience design
- Evidence of working across multiple learning formats – digital, blended and live
- Capable of partnering with clients, SMEs, consultants
- Ability to create engaging, visually impactful storyboards, slides or graphics
