Possibl Search is pleased to be partnering with a long-standing talent consulting client in the search for an Account Manager to join their established commercial team on a permanent basis, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects and client services across their areas of expertise which include assessment, psychometrics, leadership and talent development.

The role:

• Set up, management and delivery of local and global client projects
• Ensure a smooth implementation process both internally and externally
• Keep a strong line of communication with senior clients building excellent relationships
• Keep a commercial lens, spotting opportunities for growth and maximum impact through services
• Tracking financials and milestones

About you:

• Time served in a client facing client services, project management, account management role
• An interest/experience working in assessment, psychometrics, recruitment or leadership services is ideal
• Ability to set up, manage and deliver client projects
• A commercial mindset, with hunger to learn and grow
• Comfort managing complex projects
• Gravitas to partner with senior clients
