Possability People is a user-led pan-impairment disability charity based in Brighton Hove, Sussex and beyond. Ensure the experiences and expertise of disabled people remain at the heart of our decisions. About you You’ll be an experienced senior leader who can combine strategic thinking with visible, collaborative leadership. You’ll understand the financial and organisational realities of running a charity and have experience of developing income, managing resources and leading through change. You’ll be confident making difficult decisions, challenging constructively and bringing people with you. You’ll also be an engaging external representative who can build relationships, open doors and communicate a compelling story about our work and impact. Most importantly, you’ll understand the importance of lived experience and what it means to lead a user-led organisation. You’ll listen before acting, value the expertise of disabled people and share our commitment to disability rights and inclusion. Why Possability People?
