Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join a Head Office team in Kings Hill, Kent.

Applicants must have proven experience within temp agency recruitment within a blue collar sector.

Our client is a fast growing recruitment agency within the Transport, Industrial and Facilities Management sector.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruiter to further their career and develop in a fast growing team.

About you:

2 years + of recruitment experience recruiting within the above mentioned industries.
Experience in sales/developing new business opportunities preferred
Experience working within a 360 recruitment role
Existing industry knowledge including compliance requirements, charge rates etc.
Experience using recruitment tech including CRM systems

Up to £35,000 per annum plus uncapped commission scheme
