We’re looking for a confident, motivated individual to join our team as a Youth Engagement Worker. In this rewarding role, you’ll support young people to build confidence, develop essential skills, and take positive steps toward the next stage of their lives.
Responsibilities
- Support young people to build confidence, develop essential skills, and take positive steps towards the next stage of their lives.
- Work collaboratively with Career Advisers, Coaches, and fellow Youth Engagement Workers, using creative and engaging approaches to connect with young people and help them achieve positive outcomes.
- Build strong, trusting relationships and communicate effectively with young people who may face significant challenges.
- Work towards targets and develop positive partnerships with schools, colleges, learning providers, employers, and other key stakeholders.
- Travel across Rochdale and Oldham, offering variety and opportunity to work in different settings and communities.
