We are expanding our team of dedicated support workers and are looking for compassionate individuals to join us in providing high-quality social care to adults aged 18+ within our mental health services. Key Responsibilities:
Offer emotional and practical support to individuals, helping them navigate daily challenges.
Encourage independence and personal growth through tailored support.
Assist with daily routines and activities to enhance clients\’ quality of life.
Ensure a safe and supportive living environment for all clients.
Essential Requirements:
A full, valid driving license, with business insurance and a car in good condition (MOT and TAX up to date).
An enhanced DBS check.
A compassionate, empathetic, and patient approach to supporting others.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to problem-solve and stay calm under pressure.
