The Role
We are excited to recruit a Work Experience Assistant to join our Positive Futures team. This brand-new role will play a key part in supporting young people to access meaningful work experience opportunities that help them explore career options, build confidence, and prepare for their future. Working closely with the Positive Futures Coordinator, you will coordinate placements, maintain strong relationships with local employers and schools, ensure all safeguarding and administrative processes are completed, and provide practical support to enable successful work experience placements.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting preparation and coordination of work experience placements.
- Liaising with schools, employers, and other partners to arrange and manage opportunities.
- Providing administrative support, including maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Assisting young people to engage successfully in their placements.
- Contributing to the wider Positive Futures team to ensure high-quality experiences for all participants.
