The role: Project Co-ordinator Location: Leicestershire Job type: Full time (Monday – Friday) Salary: Depending on experience Our Leicestershire based shopfitting clients are currently looking for a Project Co-ordinator to join them in a full time and permanent role. They will play a key role in supporting the project and account managers with key tasks and responsibilities relating to projects for a variety of important clients. The role requires a team player who works well with colleagues and external parties supporting the team to ensure the smooth running of projects. They will need to be organised a strong administrator and an excellent communicator who understands the importance of their role and how it contributes to successful delivery of projects. Although some of their day to day work will be behind the scenes, the role requires someone that can be client facing when needed and understands the importance of keeping the client happy. The role is office based so applicants must be Leicestershire based and able to commute daily. Responsibilities * Ordering materials * Risk assessments and H&S documentation for sites * Administration, invoices and PO’s relating to multiple projects * Communicating information with internal and external parties * Provide accurate support to members of the projects team * Liaising with sites, suppliers, internals teams, warehouse team – both written/verbally and in person * Manage costs – Obtain supplier quotes, gather costs, agree sales prices, purchase orders, job costs * Prepare site documentation using templates – RAMS, * Provide project support on multiple projects at any one time Key skills * Knowledge of shopfitting/joinery would be an advantage * Experience of working within a Retail Display environment * Organised * Strong administration skills * Experience working with external suppliers, logistics etc * Good communicator verbally, written and in person * Thrives in a busy environment and able to support on multiple projects * Commercially aware * Previous experience working with H & S documentation, Risk assessments, costs/PO’s * A keen interest in Project Management, enthusiastic and keen to learn and progress
