The Company:
Our Leicester based clients are a well established leader in the design and manufacture of retail solutions working with some of the most well know brands/retailers in the UK & globally.
They are looking for an established Account Manager for their team on a permanent and full time basis who can take the lead managing accounts, understanding the clients needs and communicating this with the teams internally – Design, Project Management, Manufacturing.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience within Account Management or a client facing role within the Retail Design/Retail point of sale industry
Responsibilities
· Developing & maintaining client relationships – verbally, via email and face to face
· Build on client accounts to meet company targets, forecast sales
· Obtaining clear client briefs and communicating this to Account Executive and internally
· Able to overcome objectives and to influence with suggestions/solutions
· Attending and leading pitches and presentations to clients
· Experienced in working under pressure and managing clients to a high standard
· Keeping client fully informed of project status via weekly updates, raising any concerns,
managing expectations
· Submitting quotes to clients – Monitoring/Maintaining costs for clients
· Working within company margins
The candidate
· A minimum of three years working client facing in Retail POS
· An excellent communicator both internally and externally
· Able to build and maintain client relationships, client accounts.
· Able to understand the clients requirements, confident in identifying shortfalls and is able to
raise this both internally and externally.
· Used to working in a fast paced environment, able to motivate and lead Account executives.
· Financially astute
· Fully experienced in working with luxury brands and to a high standard
