We\’re looking for a dynamic and caring Senior Support Worker to join a fun and welcoming 3-bedded children\’s home on the southern edge of Bath. The home supports children and young people with diverse needs, offering a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment where they can grow and thrive.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and support your shift team to deliver high-quality care
  • Ensure safeguarding is prioritised at all times
  • Support the Registered Manager and Deputy in daily operations
  • Contribute to care planning, reviews, and behaviour support strategies
  • Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and professionals
  • Be a role model for resilience, empathy, and consistency

What We\’re Looking For

  • Must have experience working in a residential children\’s home
  • Ideally hold Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • A passion for helping young people reach their potential
