Full Time, Registered Manager job vacancy in the West London Area close to Chelsea, Hammersmith, Kensington, Mayfair areas. Located close to Paddington Station as well as Edgeware Road Tube Station on the London Underground.

You will be working within a luxurious and boutique Retirement Village with a difference, this village will be the first to open with another 3 to open over the next three years. The Village will be home to 100 independent Older Adults either single or couples looking to retire and receive a high-end retirement option.

This Retirement Village Group are looking to deliver retirement living that enhances lives from day one and go above and beyond what is currently available to those looking to retire. With an onsite Wellbeing Manager, you will focus on keeping people fit and healthier in their later years.

Your Role: Get to know each of our residents and fully understand what makes them happy. You will be pivotal in creating an individualised experience of living in this exclusive development. As the Registered Manager, you will be supported by the Wellbeing Manager who creates a wellbeing programme, with 6 month and annual wellbeing checks, scheduling and arranging classes, events and community events that integrate the overall mental health & wellbeing of the residents. Your role will be to oversee the Management of the service as well as recruitment, inductions and ensuring a high-quality service is delivered to exceptional standards.

Criteria:
  • Sector: Healthcare or Social Care Sector, Extra care, Retirement Living, Retirement Villages, Older Peoples Residential or Nursing Home, Dementia Champion or similar.
  • An excellent understanding of Safeguarding, Health & Safety and Data protection.
  • Experience of setting up, creating, and implementing policies and procedures.
  • Be well presented and be an excellent ambassador for the company.
