You will be the driving force of our clients care focussed service, managing the existing business which is currently providing over 1200 hours of care provision per week with excellent prospect to grow this considerably. You will be responsible for an office and field staff team of around 100. You will have the luxury of a full handover and is now ready to be handed over to someone looking for a fantastic challenge. Duties The day-to-day management as an Operations Manager of the Branch. Working with the Local Authority to grow the business including the scope to develop not only homecare services but they also are a provider list to deliver Learning Disabilities support. Managing the staff team and care assistants. Ensuring excellent personalised Care Plan and Risk Assessments are followed. Responsible for the safe & legal delivery of the service. Recruiting sufficient staff with the right values and passion to work in home care. Constantly promoting our values to the team and monitoring quality. Carrying out inductions for new staff and ensuring their training is kept up to date. Ensuring that care is delivered to the highest quality and our customers are happy.
