Permanent, Full Time, Life Skills Support Worker to work nights in the Ferndown area of Dorset. No Experience Needed Salary & Benefits Supporting young adults with Life Skills. £28\’150 – £30\’700 per annum. £25 per night worked which equates to £4000 per year. Life Insurance, Pension, Employee Assistance & Health Plan. Car Lease Scheme / Bike to work scheme. Fully funded Training to complete your Level 3 Health & Social Care. Hours: 7.45 pm – 8.15am 4 on 4 off Shift pattern. Average 43.75 hours per week. Lots of little appreciation perks! Responsibilities You would be working with young people aged 16-25 who attend college. The Young people you would be supporting have additional social, emotional, autism and mental health needs. You would be assisting them in their homes at night, teaching them valuable life skills, making a difference to the young people life. You will help prepare them for Adult life and facilitating their transition into further education, training or employment. You will mentor and support the young people in their evening activities, sports or hobbies both on and off-site.
