ROLE SUMMARY
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive intern to help Positive Luxury’s Client Success team support and manage client relationships across their sustainability journey. You will work closely with the Client Success team to support client onboarding and engagement, deliver ESG+ assessments, and help brands translate sustainability into measurable performance and credible communication. This role combines account management, coordination and sustainability advisory in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. You will also work with the Growth and Marketing teams, supporting awareness and engagement with Positive Luxury’s services, and the acquisition process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Client Management & Delivery pre- and post-certification
- Support and manage clients through the ESG+ assessment process
- Provide guidance on sustainability performance, risks and opportunities
- Help clients prepare for and achieve Butterfly Mark certification
- Manage client relationships post-certification by completing agreed consultancy projects to meet their contracted hours supported by sustainability technician/marketing/Senior Client Success Manager
- Project & Operational Support
- Coordinate onboarding, data collection and assessment progress
- Support evidence review and verification processes
- Ensure timelines, deliverables and internal systems are up to date
- Contribute to team client engagement projects such as the Community Programme webinar series, by planning and hosting 2x webinars per year
- Relationship Building
- Build strong relationships across brands, suppliers and partners
- Act as a professional, proactive ambassador for Positive Luxury
- Client Engagement & Communications
- Work with Marketing to gather content and support client storytelling
- Encourage clients to communicate their sustainability progress credibly
- Track and share examples of best practice across the client community
- Commercial & Pipeline Support
- Identify upsell opportunities to expand on consultancy projects and engage clients further
- Support follow-up on inbound enquiries and lead coordination
- Assist with discovery calls, proposals and client onboarding
- Maintain accurate CRM (HubSpot) records and pipeline tracking
KEY ATTRIBUTES
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Commercial awareness and client-first mindset
- Interest in sustainability and the luxury industry
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Desirable but not essential: One year's work experience
- Experience in luxury client services, account management or sustainability
- Additional languages (French or Italian)
