What We Offer

  • No previous experience or qualifications, no problem – we can provide you with training to become part of a successful team providing unique person‑centred support.
  • We provide person centred individualised care with a focus on the model of Positive Behavioural Support (PBS).
  • You will receive a 2-week induction and learn about PBS, understand communication and behaviour, learn how to teach skills and enable people to live the lifestyle they wish.
  • A workplace induction follows.
  • We will fund staff to complete the Level 3 Health & Social Care.
  • We have a leadership pathway for those with the right ambition, skills and aptitude which can take you from Support Worker to Team Leader and beyond!
  • We have access to a staff benefits scheme and operate a team reward programme.

The role involves supporting people to live active lives in the community, managing their daily living skills, facilitating their hobbies and interests and helping people realise their dreams.
