What We Offer
- No previous experience or qualifications, no problem – we can provide you with training to become part of a successful team providing unique person‑centred support.
- We provide person centred individualised care with a focus on the model of Positive Behavioural Support (PBS).
- You will receive a 2-week induction and learn about PBS, understand communication and behaviour, learn how to teach skills and enable people to live the lifestyle they wish.
- A workplace induction follows.
- We will fund staff to complete the Level 3 Health & Social Care.
- We have a leadership pathway for those with the right ambition, skills and aptitude which can take you from Support Worker to Team Leader and beyond!
- We have access to a staff benefits scheme and operate a team reward programme.
